You aggree or not, CommonPhotostar software is common, not developed by Famous big company, like Microsoft or Adobe, we should not think this software is anything better than PhotoStory or Picasa.

However, while some people may think PhotoStory or Picasa is the best Image Viewer, others may found CommonPhotoStar software is a little different from both of the famous software. The core value of CommonPhotoStar lies in its special dynamical features.

Simon, the programmer of CommonPhotoStar, says his software should be called a Sightline Media tool. Many people don't know what is Sightline Media. You never hears anybody talks Sightline Media as a new concept or technology, right? Simon says this is because, Sightline Media is a new concept. Bacause Adobe and all of the other companies using Timeline or Templates while creating attractive flash swf files. To distinguish with these common method while you describing CPS, Simon says, you have no other choice, but to use the term Sightline Media.

Since CommonPhotoStar creating flash swf never used the Timeline or Template common method, but using mouse to control a designer's sightline. You know you value Microsoft's WYSIWYG, right? but Microsoft had never think about bring WYSIWYG into flash creation, neither did Adobe do. Until Simon finished his Dynamical Image Viewer and produced a special flash(look rightwards), he found he got a little WYSIWYG abilities with Photo Flash. He really don't know how to describe such new flash. He don't know why the best image viewers in the world, like PhotoStory, Picasa, and a lot of other best softwares, didn't do things for 13 years.
